I placed an order online for a digital camera. The next day I called their "customer service" to check if the order went through & the status of the order. First off, i was on the phone for almost 30 minutes before the line got disconnected.
So over the next hour or so, I kept calling them multiple times. Because it seemed like someone kept picking up the phone & hanging up immediately! I kept trying for about 20-25 times before someone came on the line & i gave him the order number & he said the order has been filed & HUNG UP before I could verify the order! So I called the number again. And again. And again. Until I got hold of the same guy again. He was irate because I tried calling so many times & immediately put me on hold (to make me wait on purpose!).. And came back on the line & told me that he is cancelling my order!
In a way I'm glad my order was cancelled because I wouldn't want to do any business with them. Ever. I would advice the same for you if you are reading this report! Beware!
