I bought some stuff of hhgreggs website. Now the say they screwed up on pricing and wont sell it to me. It is a ohio law that if something is advertised for a price a company has to sell it for that price.
They say they we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). They are correct but you cant change the price it was already sold for.
So if i bought something for 10 dollars, they cant accept my credit card then email me saying opps we goofed. We cant honor that order. They should of had better lawers or monkeys word that one. You advertise something for a price. That is what you sell it for.

Anyone in the same situation looking to file a suit let me know. Because the president of the company DENNIS MAY thinks all is are problem. Call him and let him know 1-317-848-8710. That customers are not at fault but they are. Or should i not get what i paid for?
