I requested a Canon Rebel XTi from these folks and immediately receive an email by having an order quantity seeking me to contact to confirm my purchase. I named the following day, and after 20 units on-hold using the same audio looping:
Rude customer support: "so what can I actually do for ya?"
Me: "Hi, I'd prefer to confirm an order please."
RCS: "Huh?"
Me: "I wish to confirm my order."
RCS: "What's the purchase number?"
Me: "56789"
RCS: "Huh?"
Me: "Five. Six. Eight. Ten. Nine."
*pause*
RCS: "It'll be 3-5 business days."
Me: "To ship?"
RCS: "Huh?"
Me: "3-5 business days to vessel, or till I receive it?"
RCS: "tomail" (she mumbled it)
Me: "Excuse me?"
RCS: "Have a pleasant evening." *click*
Fourteen days later, I'venot received or noticed something, and my credit hadn't been taken for that purchase. I called back, which period, it had been half an hour on-hold using the same audio, enjoying again and again.
RCS: "how do I assist ya?"
Me: "I'd prefer to examine the standing of my purchase please."
RCS: "Order number?"
Me: "Five. Six. Eight. Ten. Nine."
*pause*
RCS: "Cameron?"
Me: "That's &"
RCS: "It's on back order."
Me: "Do you realize whenever you could easily get that item in?"
RCS: "I dunno."
Me: "Alright, may I stop my purchase and obtain a reimbursement please?"
*pause*
RCS: "Your cancelation amount is 23456"
Me: "23456, Thanks."
*click*
They certainly were rude and appeared like they did not wish to assist me. Our expertise is not as poor whilst the others I Have read, but I still would not actually suggest this ensemble to my ex girlfriendis new sweetheart.
