I ordered a Nikon camera on 12/01. On 12/13 I emailed customer service to find out the status of my order as I had not heard anything. I was to receive an email saying my order had been processed within 3-5 business days and had not. On 12/14 I received an email to call their customer service line. I did and was on hold for 15 minutes. The representative was rude and unhelpful. He wouldn't take my order number only my last name. He tried to sell me a SD card and batteries. I told him no I just wanted my camera. He said it would be shipped today and I would have it next week. He then gave me a different total amount and hung up. I called back to cancel my order and got another rude representative. He too only took my last name and said he would cancel the order and hung up. I have emailed them again to tell them to verify that the order has been cancelled. I have reported this to my credit card company as well. *please do not use this website* i wish i hadn't!!
