I have visited this allegedly "upscale" salon many times previously with typical outcomes. The main reason I Have delivered is it's handy to my house. I'd a dreadful encounter nowadays using the supervisor/operator "Phyllis" who evidently doesn't have difficulty allowing customers delay so long as one hour for support, with hardly any apology. Snippy perspective and arrogant beyond belief.
Miss Phyllis must bone on Customer Support 101. But hey, person to person is invaluable, and it'll ultimately catch-up to her.
