I placed an order for a digital camera at a very reasonable price, the one offered on their website. The next day the price had gone UP by $30. I received an email that day saying my camera was on backorder for 3-4 weeks. Four days later I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. When I called customer service I was told "your order has been cancelled." and then they hung up. I could get no other explanation no matter how many times I called back. When I gave them my order # they would put me on hold and not come back.
