Do not buy any product from XFX Technology. They never return your mailing rebate. I bought a XFX XGEAR PC/PS2 WIRELESS CONTROLLER
Model/s: GA-SP03-SW020NG for thanksgiving on Nov 19. I got the UPS package in 2 days and I sent back the mailing rebate, purchase reciept and the original UPC bar code 2 weeks after I receive the package.

I checked rebatestatus.com today and it shows the following:

We are currently unable to approve your rebate for the reason listed below.
We did not receive an original UPC symbol or proof-of-purchase tab with your request. (An original UPC symbol or proof-of-purchase tab is required.)
You will receive a letter or postcard describing this problem. The letter or postcard may have instructions on how to correct this error.

This is comeplete rubbish. I did send all the documents and I did make a copy of all those for my reference. Yet, I did not get the rebate. I don't have the time and energy to pursue for this rebate and I think this is exactly what companies like these expect.

I am filing this report online hoping that all you folks out there would read it before buying anything from XFX Technology and save yourself a few bucks.
