Fraudently took money from my charge account

This company asked for my account number promising that it would not be charged for a free 2 week trial. Within 3 days they billed my account for 39.95 and just yesterday took out 7.95.

I filed a report with internet fraud on here and am going to close my charge card. I want to be reimbursed which they also promised to do if I were unsatisfied.
There is no way to contact them that I have found as they do not have a web site nor phone number on the cd they mailed me.

I am currently calling the State of Nevada attorney general to see what can be done. There are so many complaints on this site i cannot read them all. Am i the only one going through this?
