October I purchased a cell phone from Cellular Choices with the promise of rebates. I followed ALL the instructions very carefully for the rebate, and got an email today, which read
"We are currently unable to approve your rebate for the reason listed below.in-phonic is reprocessing your submission with a new service provider and will contact you with further information regarding your rebate request. You will receive a letter or postcard describing this problem. The letter or postcard may have instructions on how to correct this error."
I did my part, they need to do theirs. I want my rebate. It's been 9 months.
