I sent in a rebate form in June did everything that it states must be done. It has said it was being processed for over two months as it was June and its nows September, but I logged on today to check my status and this message came up on both of my rebates Promotion Customer Appreciation

I'm completely furious I have tried to contact the customer service with various emails no reponse. I think this is bogus I recently purchased another phone yes, all my guidelines were met with the critieria and I can even provide you with a August bill. This is awful and I'm unhappy no where in the papers did it say if you purchase another phone also your rebate will be null and void!
