I have been checking their website for rebate status today and, after months of the same "we are processing your rebates", today it changed:
"We are currently unable to approve your rebate for the reason listed below.
InPhonic is reprocessing your submission with a new service provider and will contact you with further information regarding your rebate request.
You will receive a letter or postcard describing this problem. The letter or postcard may have instructions on how to correct this error."
A few days back I wrote a complain letter to intelenetwirelss, where I boguht the phone and they answered back saying it was beeing escalated.
I don't think I'll receive any rebate, but I'll let you know how it goes.
