Sears Broken washing machine - Kenmore Front Loading Washe

I have have been attempting to have my washer fixed since June 12. My first attempt was made by placing a call to the repair line and received a diagnosis due to my verbal description. Since that time the part they advised was necessary was sent to my home and a repair technician utilized the part and in result concluded that this part was not correct. The technician tried to order the correct part by placing an emergency order, but was not aware until later that a tech could not be scheduled until the following week assuming the part would arrive at my home. Once the tech was scheduled and the part had arrived, this resulted in another failed attempt to fix the washer with the two additional parts. Today, July 5th I was scheduled to have two tech's at my home for a third attempt and received a call today that the tech visit was canceled due to not being able to secure two people. They advised that they would be here tomorrow the 6th. I have a scheduled surgery tomorrow and thankfully my daughter is in town on her vacation unfortunately and is able to stay to assist the technicians upon their arrival. I understand the scheduling required and possible lack of tech availability but that in this case due to the delay in time and rescheduling this has not been made a priority. It is extremely concerning as a consumer that I do not feel this situation is being managed appropriately and still have no washer to utilize.
