Bought Kenmore washer and it broke. Technician came to fix, ordered part and scheduled appointment. Part did not arrive because tech failed to order. Finally got part after 3 weeks.
Washer broke again last week. Technician ordered part and came to fix. Forgot to hook up a high pressure water hose, left, and washer flooded 2 rooms. Came back to hook up after emergency phone call, left and then machine started making really loud noises and sent sparks out of machine up wall. Grabbed fire extinguisher and unplugged. After several phone calls they are now jerking us around on schedule to come look at. 4 hour window is not acceptable Called to ask what can be done, put on hold, and hung up on. Their customer service is the worst.
