I have been without a washer since December 14,1012! Today is Jan 29! I called and the tech came out two days late to tell me the part needed he doesn't have and must be ordered. Well, the part couldn't be shipped til Jan 3rd. Great! Jan 3rd the tech called to say he was on his way when I asked if he had the part since it was not shipped to me. We find out that the part wasn't goinmg to be here until Jan 4th. Great! The part came the next but but guess what? The tech wasn't available til the 15th. I called to complain and they said the best they can do is have him come on the 11th. Ok. I will be patient. The 11th showed up and NO TECH. I called and they said that the tech is to be here on the 15th not the 11th!!! OMG. Are you serious. No one could help me. So I had no choice but to wait til the 15th. So the 15th rolled around and guess what. Tech calls in SICK.!!! SO SORRY Ms. Varveris we have to reschedule your tech and the next available is Jan 29th. Are you kidding me? So fine. Now today is that day. Tech comes out. Great. He says the washer is fixed and works. He leaves. I go to do the wash and it doesn't work!!! I call him and he says he will try his best to come back out today. But ofcourse that doesn't happen. I get a call that I have to reschedule the entire thing again! WOW. What great customer service. NBo one cares that I have been without a washer for almost 2 months. I will never purchase anything from Sears and I will let everyone know how horrible their customer service is when it comes to repairs. They should be ashamed of themselves. It gets even better than this. So I call to see when tech can come out and they tell me they can not make an appointment yetr since the tech from the morning has not cleared the screen yet! WHATEVER that means. They can not make another appointment until the screen is cleared from the guy that came out to repair the washer. Just GREAT!!! I am ready to blow the washer up.
