You are not fixing my refrigerator. It's been down 6 days. Parts came today. Scheduling set for Tues. Oct 4. Seriously??? This is unacceptable. Someone should be here tomorrow. That would be Friday, Sept 30. Down for 10 days??? A cold storage unit? Please
