Called Sears on Thursday early evening. Got a woman in the far east. She said that she would send an online request to fix the refrigerator on Friday to keep baby formula cold. Called Sears on Friday. Sears would not come until Monday, the next 'business day' even though this is an emergency. Called 5 times to different managers and Sears Solutions. Had to buy a portable refrigerator and throw out good food due to breakage. Sears works on Saturdays but conveniently would not come to fix the frig until Monday. Will never use Sears again!
