Our refrigerator has been down 6 days... Parts finally came today. Called for service and was told the earliest is Tuesday, October 4.. Seriously??? It's a refrigerator. Now it will be down 10 (TEN) days. This should have been treated as an emergency!!! Someone should be here TOMORROW! It was treated VERY badly. Sears is NOT here for you. They could care LESS. Thanks for showing your TRUE colors.
