This is the 4th day without our refrigerator. Why is Sears Home Services at WAR with their customers. They do not care if a product gets fixed or not. Repairman came Monday. Finally. The compressor is bad so instead of ordering a new refrigerator they ordered a compressor. It was suppose to be here Tues. Sept 27 in the afternoon. It is now Wed. Sept. 28 at 10:30 AM and it is still not here. I was told at 9:05am that it would be here in an hour. AND the person I was "talking" to HUNG UP ON ME. I am sooo frustrated with Sears right now. Your service is HORRIBLE your people are like talking to a limp washrag. The DON"T CARE!!!
I will be calling AGAIN and from there I will continue to make calls. Very unprofessional...
