Ordered a weeping rose tree, to my surprise came in a flat plastic bag, very unlikely from how I get my rose trees from other co like JacksonPerkins and Qvc gardening, which comes with fuull crown of branches. Directgardening sent me a tree with only 2 branches that looked like it's already dead and damaged. I complained and I want my money back. I returned the item with a letter why, and mailed the plant out of pocket. Four weeks later they denied they got the packagge and instead sent me another broken and lopsided 2 branch bareroot tree. I know what a good weepiung rose trees look like so I was dismayed to see what the Co. Sent. This Co rips people off with false ad of cheaper priced plants. I am an experienced rose gardener and I know when the quality is poor. I never had any problem with JP roses or QVC garden, but Direct gardening should be investigated. I just read a lot of complaints about them today. I should have checked first.
