Bought a brand new dryer at Sears ; they delivered the wrong dryer; took off work again, and they delivered the correct dryer, but did not connect it properly and it does not dry, plus it bangs. Called Sears repair. Waited 1-5pm and no one showed up. Lost 2 days of work total for a Sears dryer that cost $800 and it still doesn't work.
I have shopped at Sears for years - never again.
