Extremely poor customer service

I recently contacted Sears Home Services and set up an appointment to have a technician service a washer. They were supposed to call the day BEFORE the appointment to confirm AND they were supposed to call "JUST BEFORE" showing up for the appointment to make sure that someone was home. The technician never CALLED (EITHER time) or showed up for the appointment. My wife sat at home for FIVE HOURS waiting for someone to show up. When I called the customer service line, I was placed on hold for more than one hour to wait for a "manager" (HUH! What a JOKE). When I finalld DID get to speak to this "manager", he tried to schedule another appointment ONE WEEK later. When I insisted that it needed to be sooner than that, he said "Oh, I'm sorry. NOW the soonest appointment is TWO weeks away". This company is an absolute SHAM of an operation and I would not recommend them to even sharpen PENCILS.
