I waited 2 weeks for an appointment between 1 and 5 on 11/22 to repair my leaking dishwasher. On the day of the appointment I called an hour in advance to confirm the appointment and verify they had the correct phone numbers (3 of them) to call me and let me know when to be home. They did not call me but I found a note on my door that they were there and I needed to call and reschedule. The next available appointment is in 2 more weeks. I talked to Customer Service, the District manager of the repair service and to a technician on-line. Nobody could explain why I wasn't notified and they would not schedule an earlier appointment. Very horrible service, untrustworthy, rude people, unwilling to attempt customer satisfaction. Will never buy from Sears again.
