I have a Master Protection Agreement for my refrigerator and called 1 month ago for an appointment to fix our refrigerator. The appointment was for today, July 14th from 1-5 pm. I called the SEARS phone number this morning to confirm this appointment. The message said a technician would arrive between 1-5 pm. No service person ever arrived. I called twice after 5 pm and was told the technician was on the way and that a message would be sent to the technician to call me. I never recieved a call. Finally after the 3rd time I called, I was told that no technician was ever assigned. I requested an appointment for tomorrow but was told the next available appointment was in 2 weeks. What type of Protection am I paying for? I want a refund for my MPA.
