On 11/9 I had Beutler come to my home to inspect my heater. The technician suggested repairs and I agreed to them. On 11/10 I returned to my home to find a very strong gas odor filling the house. I immediately contacted PG&E and they responded within 25 minutes.in the interim, I had to wait outside in the cold air and not re-enter. PG&E found that flex lines had not been tightened down. PG&E did a wonderful job and stayed until they were assured there was no more gas leaking.
I also called Beutler and reported the problem. They said someone would contact me within the hour. It has now been 15 hours and I have not heard from them at all. I am going to cancel my service with them today.
