I had AHS for approximately 6 or 7 years. I cancelled the contract and just last year signed another contract. The two service technicians that AHS sent out said there was an improper repair made to my heater. My heater was working fine till about two weeks ago. It has been in the 20's F here at night. My heater is not working. I don't know anything about heating and cooling. My heater unit in the attic was replaced by AHS when I had the contract a few years ago. That was the last time it was worked on. AHS refused to repair my heater and refund any money for the service call or contract. AHS customer service person I talked to named Wesley said he would get back to me on Friday 01/15. He never did and I called him today on Monday to find out the bad news. I spent all weekend in the cold because they have no concern for your well being. AHS stated they had no record of my heater ever being repaired by their service contract.in other words they are a rip off. This is the only claim I have made since getting the contract over a year ago. It is nice when you find a good honest company that you will always use. This is not one of them.
