Refusal to Repair Pool Heater covered under Warranty due to it being controlled by an Aqua Link system

I contacted Fidelity to file a claim on a leaking pool heater which was clearly covered in the home protection policy I purchased with my home.

When the technician arrived at my home he inspected my pool equipment and discovered that it was controlled by a computerized "Aqua-Link" system. The technician explained to me that his company, an independent contractor hired by Fidelity to process and repair their claims, would not work on any system that was controlled by a computerized control panel due to the liability if while working on the system it shorted out, and that he would contact Fidelity and advise them so that they could send out a repairman that would work on the system.

Now understand that my original call was that the pool heater was leaking and this had nothing to do with the Aqua-Link system or controls.

Fidelity contacted me and informed me that their contract expressly excluded electronics associated with the pool system. I explained that the electronics were fine and that the pool heater was leaking, which in no way had anything to do with the computerized Aqua-Link system but they wouldn't accept my explanation or send out another technician to examine the heater or leak.
