Beutler email service requests states that Beutler will respond to the email service requests within 24 hours. Two such requests for heating/air condioning service remain unanswered.
Phone call to Buetler. Service rep "Colin" said company is too busy catching up from summer and cannot schedule service now. They will call me after they catch up. This is paid warranty work and we will suffer the heat unless we pay someone else to fix the problem.
