I purchased a Sharp model R410lk slightly over a year ago (had one before I liked but it died just after a year). I purchased the extened plan this time. I can't find the receipt or plan and can't get my microwave replaced without it. I know it is less than 2 years old since the manufacture date is Jan. I have purchased 3 refrigerators, 1 dishwaher and 2 microwaves in the past 6 years from Lowes and can't believe the poor service they are giving me over an appliance that was less than $150.
