After talking to Sears appliance repair rep, I decided to purchase the 1 year extended warranty. I was told a technician would be at my home between 1 and 5. I called Sears at 4PM to find out if I was still on the schedule. They told me someone would be here at 5PM. I called again at 5pm and was told a tech might be here around 7PM and 3 people were ahead of me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor to talk to. First of all I didn't appreciate wasting my day and I took time off from work only to be lied to about the schedule. Everyone I spoke to was hard to understand. They sounded like they were all from the Philippines. If Sears does not know how to schedule service than they should get out of the business I cancelled my contract with Sears the same day because of this poor customer service. I will never recommend or purchase a sears product again..
