Monro Muffler - Repairs not correct - Chevy Malibu

I have brought my Chevy Malibu to Monro Muffler for two separate issues. The first time was for loud sound in the wheels. It turned out to be bad struts. When I picked my vehicle up, the noise was even louder. The service manager told me they had received bad parts and needed to do the repair again. My question was: did they test drive the car before telling me it was fixed?
My most recent issue is with my taillight assembly. Apparently there was a short in the wiring that was causing my bulbs to blow. When I drove away, the lights were working. The problem has reappeared. I opened the assembly myself and noticed a wire that was not connected to anything and tied in a knot as if they didn't know where it went and decided to not find out. Also, after bringing the car to a Chevy dealer, the service manager there told me that when the repair was last done, there was no insulation put on the wiring. I stopped into Monro Muffler to discuss this and the person behind the counter was of no help. From his responses, I certainly don't want Monro working on this taillight issue again. I paid Monro for their services and now am having to pay AGAIN for the same service through the Chevy dealership. A thoroughly dissatisfied customer!!
