I took my daughters car to Monro for an exaust pipe and muffler replacement, after the replacement I took my car back to Monro because I thought the exaust was hanging low. The people at Monro looked at my car IN THE PARKING LOT from INSIDE the shop, and claimed the exaust hangs low on her model car. The exaust was hitting the ground when going over bumps, and eventually wore a hole in the exaust pipe. Again I took my daughters car back, this time they admitted the origional work wasn’t done right, the manager just kept claiming he has been in this busness for years and has seen everything, and I could have taken the car to MIDAS or another shop for muffler warrenty replacement, and the Monro tech who did the work is no longer working there, but he was willing to re-replace the muffler and exaust pipe for half price. Getting a muffler and exaust pipe for 150% of the regular price and three trips to Monro dosen’t seem right to me. I also called the Monro District Manager, left him a message, he didn’t even bother returning the call.
