I took my car to Monro Muffler in Olean, NY for inspection and I was quoted an outrageous price for parts that I discovered there was nothing wrong with in the first place (when I got it fixed somewhere else). I was very disappointed dealing with your business and I will NEVER be a customer of yours again. I felt very taken advantage of because I am a woman. I will be telling everyone I know what a poor business this truly is!
