I had worked many many years for Monro and to sum it all up= Monro only cares about bottom line profits and also has a critical turnover problem, inclusive of management... Why do you think that is? Well, when profits become more important than employees and their well being... The customer ultimately is left neglected. The pay system for the technicians is pathetic, 12%of sales or $9.00 hr. With a commission based pay system, overselling and unwarranted work is and will be sold to many naive, innocent customers... Sad but very true...
