Monro needs to own up on their mistakes. I have experienced such horrible service on my car which caused me to incur nearly $6000 (6 thousand) in repairs, undue duress, loss in benefit time at work, interest on my credit cards, numerous hours of personal time researching issues when all I wanted was my car fixed. My car did not have problems until going there and 6 trips later, my car ran worse. I had no issues prior to going to Monro other than I needed muffler clamps. I was lied to by Shawn Miller the manager - he said that he ordered parts for my car which were actually for someone else's car! I had to take my car to the dealership who ultimately had to replace everything Monro worked on. Monro still will not accept responsibility nor provide reimbursement. This is horrible service and I am looking into options to get reimbursed for this.
