I drove my car to Monoro for a routine oil change prior to going out of town. I paid for my service and proceeded to my car. Once I started my car, I noticed a little vibration. I proceeded to pull off of the premises. I had not driven a mile and my car started smoking and then completely cut off. I had the car towed back to Monro. I was informed that they did not know what was wrong. Prior to bringing my car to Monro, my car was operating fine. I was told by the manager that they had no idea what was going on and that was just one of those things that happens. I am highly disgusted with Monro and would never recommend them to anyone.
