Very disappointed in Sears home repair. We didn't have a maintenance agreement but were willing to pay out of pocket to have maintenance done on our dryer. We had a full conversation about this when booking the appointment a week ago. 12 minutes before our appointment and after making special work arrangements, prepping, and taking our large dog to the kennel to make things more pleasant for the repair tech we received a voice mail double checking that we were really willing to pay without a maintenance agreement. When we called back we found out that the appointment we made a week ago had been rescheduled. Seriously? Is this how you do business at a profit? We will never use Sears again and look forward to giving even a small project like this one to a small local business.
