I had a magic jack for my phone service for a year, it cancelled in December. Because I had been laid off at my company, I decided to wait to add more time to my account. I finally decided to renew, But I couldn't. I had to order another Magic Jack and one year service. They gave me no other options, even though I already have one unit, that I paid about $70.00 for. So in all, my year with Magicjack cost me around $100.00. Not $19.95, since they will not renew my old unit.
