After the first year of using Magic Jack Plus, have been unable to renew the service. Have tried dozens of times to renew, enter credit card number, chat with service folks, but unable to renew and have lost the service. Very, very disastified and frustrated and feel that the additional cost of the "plus" service was money lost. No one has been able to explain or remedy the problem.
