Had magic Jack Plus for six months, and the unit stopped working. Dealt with customer support for two hours at which point they said they would send another but I would have to pay $10 for shipping and handling. So I have to pay $10 for them to ship a device which failed to last 6 months, for a unit that they charge $20 per year for service. At that rate, it would cost $40 per year. Not exactly what they advertise.
