I have contacted magic jack several times to renew my magic jack. It does not let you renew no matter what. The funny thing is I bought it in July and they make me renew in May. Fine I could deal with that if they actually let you. I believe it is a con for you to buy another one. I hate you magic jack and I regret the day I gave up vonage for you.
