I've had the magic Jack for over 6 months & have had ONLY 5 out of 125 decent audible conversations.in attempting to get in touch with others far away, I have actually resorted to using more expensive Long distance plans as well as calling cards out of desperation after unsuccessful initial calls with Magic Jack. I have to say that the people @ magicJack really want to be helpful.
But the fact is: the magic jack is totally unreliable
