Also, when I called HP from a popup for tech support they very quickly pressured me to sign up for programs, which I do not need. If I want to stop the charges, I have to pay a termination fee larger than my enrollment costs.
On top of that, I rec'd a notice on desk that HP will no longer be servicing my ENVY computer. Why am I paying for their services???
Since your site listed HP as caller, I phoned the number which awakened me from a sound sleep only to hear a recording asking me if 1) I had a tech complaint; 2) wanted to check on a repair and a third category. I could not reach a person to speak with and register a complaint.
I have no idea where this call center is located.
