Hp is the worst computer i have ever used. Its 2 days old. We called tech support and its like being in a mac commercial. Call get transferred to some 3rd world country with some pakistani you can barely understand. He tries to connect to our computer but his own software fails. The tech support needs tech support! We call back asking for a manager, they ask for all details we cooperate, they put us on hold for 15 minutes and tell us the manager says... We politely ask to talk to the manager again, once again on hold for 15 minutes. We ask who we are speaking to says lloyd ask for employee number, says do not have one yet we are getting them in 2 mos. Ask for last name puts us on hold than discos line. We find out managers name is arn or john. Neither person comes to the phone. We left call back numbers are calls were never returned. We asked for the name of the out sourcing company and you guessed it, they would not tell us. We even recorded the call and told them, they could care less. These morons are as good as telephone solicitors. Never ever buy any hp products. If this is how much they care about their clients to supply tech support like this... Good thing is... Were returning the computer in the morning and they can shuv where the turban does not shine. Bunch of complete a-holes. We will never ever buy an hp product again. We have mac but thought we should give windows a try. Windows 7 is a complete pile of garbage. Than again it goes hand in hand with hp. Go to he* hp and may you and windows be chapter 22. You make bell canada look like the salvation army.
