Just bought a new HP color laserjet. Opted for 3 yr on site warranty. The printer continually jams and overheats 1 week after arrival of the printer which was 3 weeks late. Now it does not work and they have hung up on us 3 times, they keep trying to diagnose the problem instead of sending a tech? 3 hours in and still no tech being dispatched and still no repair or resolution: I am finding a new company ASPA!
