Complaint / review text:
I will never buy another appliance from Sears. Still waiting for repair tech to fix my microwave. Called over 1 month ago got an appointment for 2 weeks later from 8-12. Took day off for scheduled appt and received a message telling me tech was sick and i would need to reschedule the appt. CAlled and told earliest I could get was another 2 weeks later - 1 month after my original call!
I was told tech would be at my house between 8-12 again. Received call from service center that tech could not come until sometime after 12. I explained I need to leave to pick up kids from school and was promised he would be at my house no later than 12:30 and it is now 1:46pm and still no tech and no call from tech. I called Sears again and registered my complaint as i took another day off from work just for this repair. Sears phone center told me they called tech and he was on lunch break but spoke to the manager and will be coming over right away and to expect a call - that was over 30 minutes ago and still NO CALL! I am beyond frustrated! I will NEVER, NEVER buy from Sears again and this story will be told to everyone I know and posted on every complaint site i can find. I am building a new house soon and Best Buy — you have my future business!
