AARP Roadside Assistance from Allstate A flat tire at 10:00 A.M. This morning resulted in 45 minutes of phone calls and a response of "We can't find anyone in that area to change your flat, but we will keep trying and get back to you". At 2:30 this afternoon (in a pounding rain strorm) we managed to find help. We received NO RETURN PHONE CALL, with help, as promised Roadside Assistance. So. Seniors beware - the AARP means nothing and I wonder why they allow Allstate to use their name. Kickback, maybe? After this unfortunate experience I am going to get some quotes on my auto and home insurance which I have had for many years with AARP Hartford. Don't trust AARP. South Barrington, Internet
