We purchased the roadside assistance when we bought 4 new tires from NTB in 2011. This is the first time we needed to use it. We woke up to a flat tire this morning. We called the roadside assistance number located on our paperwork & someone was here & had changed the flat in under an hour. He even aired up the spare for us!!!
