At 11:00 am on a Sunday they were unable to provide assistance to change a tire, stating there was no one in the area to come to her aid. Their response to my 70 year old mother? Change it herself and send them the bill for the change of tire service.
Lucky, I was home and could drive over and change the tire. But how many seniors believe they have coverage that they clearly don't seem to be able to offer.
