My Cadillac was damaged by the tow truck driver, the tow company just cusses at me and will not give insurance info. I have called AARP 15 times and either just get hung up on by their terrible customer service personnel or they promise they will call back and never do. My car has been in the shop, it is not drivable due to their damage and I do not have any transportation for 2 weeks now. When I fanally do get ahold of AARP they tell me to just wait until they call me. So how much is this service worth you might ask your self!
