Owner is Ron and wife is B... R & K is unreliable! The wife is nasty and unprofessional! She threatens to cancel the call. AARP Allstate roadside shouldn't use this company

R & K Towing service is un-reliable. The wife is a nasty you know what..., unprofessional and surely not a good business owner.

Maybe the DOT should be notified to see if all protocol is being followed correctly! Which is doubtful!

AARP Allstate roadside assistance should not use this towing company! It gives them a bad name!

It doesn't take three hours to pick up a car from Keansburg to South Amboy! The driver of the tow truck was very nice. He needs to go work for a professional towing company and leave this ratty tatty company! The driver will end up with a bad rap because the owner is a jerk!

Again, Do not use R & K Towing Company. You are better off towing the car yourself.
